Wedding Blog Break

I’m going to be away from the blog for a few days, because Megan and I are getting married tomorrow. It’s an exciting time, with lots of friends and family in town, and there aren’t enough minutes in the day for all we want to get done between now and the ceremony. So blogging isn’t on the list for a while.

Have a great weekend, and I’ll be back here to moderate comments and post more random ramblings soon.

Congratulations to you both. Hey, bring your sleeping bags to MindCamp 2.0. Now that would be a historically geeky event!

    Oh … no, huh?

Well, congratulations and have a joyous, passionate, adventurous life together.

What an exciting time for you both! We are so happy for you. Please, don’t wait too long to post some photos here for those of us who couldn’t make it all the way to Seattle. We sent our family ambassador but the rest of us in the Carolinas want to see the wedding through photos asap!

HEY! WHO’S THE FATTY WITH THE DOUBLE CHIN ON THE FRONT PAGE?! oh. It’s me…sigh.
A word on toasts and honeymoons: Surely the fact that the two of you were out making sure all the guests had drinks BEFORE your ceremony actually took place must say something about the quality of the toasts (if not the dbl chins). You were both the best wedding hosts any guest could have dreamed of.That we were all able to palpably FEEL your happiness says a lot. That you went to Chicago afterwards is merely a testament as to what the two of you actually are (strange?) and no one else’s business…although I was deeply saddened when you decided not to take Granny along with you. Just remember as time goes on and the marriage thickens: ONLY AUNT MARSHA MATTERS. SHE (OR, DR. EVILLA) can fix almost anything–tho I can’t birth no babies. Have a grand time. OH
